Distance from Almaty to Astana by airplane – 1.5 hours.
Distance from Almaty to Kokshetau by airplane – 2 hours.

To get Visa support letter from MFA costs about 40 USD per person. (Besides this amount the visa fee is paid by you at the Embassy of Kazakhstan in your country or at the airport of arrival to Kazakhstan in case of airport visa). For the countries where there is no Kazakhstan embassy we will arrange visa at the airport, and it also requires you to send us your personal information in advance to the Visa support letter. For those who apply for airport visa the flights of arrival and departure MUST NOT be changed after we apply with your data to the MFA, otherwise you will not be able to enter the country.

Local Transportation

The Organizing Committee provides local transportation by bus/car from Astana Airport to Burabay – 2 hours, or from
Kokshetau Airport to Burabay – 30 min.
Price of local transportation: 30 USD per person one way from Astana Airport to Burabay. 
20 USD per person one way from Kokshetau Airport to Burabay.

The Organizing Committee provides board and lodging for 2 athletes (1 male and 1 female) from each country-member of ASTC during May 13-15, 2016. For other participants the room cost is 60 USD per person per night.
