1. To implement the regional strategic plan(as approved by ITU and the Regional Federation and as reflected in the signed agreement between the Regions and ITU) through delivery of those ITU programs tht are aligned with Regional Strategic plans.  

2. Work with ITU Development Director and Continental Executive Board to establish a strong communication plan both between key stakeholders and to external news agency and partners.
